Welcome and thanks for taking a moment to enjoy my work.

Since 1990 I have been living and working in Sonoma County in Northern California. The rugged coastal scenery, pastoral rolling hills and ancient redwoods provide the ideal environment, since my primary motivation and subject matter is the natural world.

My deepest artistic passion is painting the ocean in oil. I also enjoy doing landscapes in oil and occassionally I will create a large airbrush acrylic featuring only a wave. This focus on the marine imagry stems in part from my over 30 years of surfing and diving all over the world.

I am also a glass artist and work in stained/leaded glass as well as etched, beveled and painted glass. My studio is located in the beautiful apple country west of Sebastopol, California. I am available for custom art glass and architectural glass projects throughout the Northern San Francisco Bay Area.
